1.  Punnyavanam - In the centre of Punnyavanam is Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham Shankara mutt and a Shiva-vishu temple. A Vedapatashala, Dhyana Mandapam and Yajnashala with 80 villas for Sankara devotees provides all the facilities that are required to pursue the spiritual path

2. Shanti Vanam - In the centre of Shanti Vanam is Sangeetha Patasala and Sankara hall to conduct hindu traditional functions. Shanti Vanam has 40 villas for residents who are devoted in spreading the rich hindu culture of music, upanyasam, sampradhayam and vedantham.

3. Nava Brindavanam - In the centre of Nava Brindavanam is Krishna temple. Nava Brindavanam also has an Open Air Ghosala, an Ashram to learn Bhagavat Gita, and a Wellness centre to learn and practice Yoga, Meditation and Ayurvedic Theraphy sessions. Nava Brindavanam has 40 villas.
