99 year lease, where you can transfer the lease to anyone at anytime or automatically lease transferred to your nominee. You can take all the profits when the lease is transferred during your life time.
One Fixed Monthly Charge
One fixed monthly payment. This includes reasonable charges for telephone, electricity, water, Cable TV, Grocery, Food, Care giver, House cleaning & maintenance, Health professional consultation, health insurance, transport within the facility, all daily, fortnightly and monthly services.
You pay only for those days you stay.
ONE OFF LEASE PAYMENT
One lump sum lease payment of Rs 49 lakhs for 1Bhk, Rs 57 lakhs for 2Bhk and 66 lakhs for 3 BHK. Each plot size is 2400 sq.ft approx. Payment is to be made before moving in. You can live in or rent it to another person.You can change your mind and leave the facility before the expiry of 6 months. We will be giving the lump sum amount in full without any deductions.
